Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has launches an online portal for its services.
MIB stated customers can now submit applications without physically being present at the bank for its services, adding applications can be submitted easily despite the stationed island. As such, via mib.mv/applynow, services such as Ujala Dhiriulhun, information update forms, visa card forms, internet banking forms, and Ujala quotations can now be submitted to the bank.
To enter the portal, a customer must share the MIB account number and national identity card number, which will then be processed after the customers enter the OTP code sent to the mobile. MIB stated a reference number and an SMS/email will be sent to inform the customer that a form has been received and is processing, noting the reference number can be used to check updates regarding the services.
MIB said the launching of the portal will ease customers to apply for its most sought service which is Ujala Financing Facility.
