Fenaka Corporation Limited begins installing solar panels in Neykurendhoo, Haa Dhaalu Atoll, as part of the Preparing Outer Islands for Sustainable Energy Development (POISED) programme.

The POISED programme aims to reduce the dependency on fuel, and transition towards sustainable energy. The programme will see the implementation of sustainable energy projects in several islands across the country. The programme is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and is implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology and Fenaka Corporation.
