Business Centre Corporation (BCC) has announced the Co-Workspace Facility to be established in Male’ for new small businesses will be opened next month.
The Co-Workspace Facility is designed to provide the opportunity for small businesses and freelance workers to begin their business in a facilitative workspace, where they can share ideas with each other.
Speaking to PSM News, BCC Project Director Samih Adam said one of the main challenges identified in conducting small businesses was the lack of available space. Samih said the Co-Workspace Facility will provide working space for 30 people at once. He added the workspaces can be obtained at a very affordable rate for small businesses and freelance workers.
The Co-Workspace Facility is being established under the Sustainable Economic Empowerment and Development for SMEs (SEEDS) Project of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
