Chief Administrators to be appointed to all courts

Department of Judicial Administration (DJA) has established the position of Chief Administrator, who would be in charge of all the administrative operations of courts.

In a press statement, DJA revealed the position was established under the Second Amendment to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) Act, which has revised the administrative structure of the judiciary. In this regard, DJA stated the amendment stipulates the establishment of a Chief Administrator to oversee all the administrative operations of courts.

DJA stated each court will have a Chief Administrator, who will be appointed in accordance with the regulations on the administration of courts, published on October 20, 2019.
