Two foreigners from a safari tested for COVID-19

Health Protection Agency (HPA) has begun testing samples taken from 2 foreign nationals in a safari vessel who showed symptoms of COVID-19.

HPA revealed the 2 foreigners in the vessel named My Sky is now placed under self-isolation. Moreover, the safari is now placed under monitoring.

While 13 foreigners have tested positive for COVID-19 in Maldives, two of the cases were found on a safari vessel.
