JSC to probe disciplinary issues of 4 judges

Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has decided to probe disciplinary issues of 4 judges including Chief Judge at Civil Court Abdulla Ali.

At a meeting, JSC decided 4 cases will be investigated from the 18 cases submitted. In this regard, JSC will look into disciplinary issues of Chief Judge at Civil Court Abdulla Ali, Senior Magistrate at Naifaru Magistrate Court Mohamed Moosa, Chief Magistrate at Dhan'gethi Magistrate Court Mohamed Amir and Chief Magistrate of Nilandhoo Magistrate Court Abdul Muhsin Abdul Hakeem.

Meanwhile, JSC has also launched an investigation into a disciplinary case against Criminal Court Judge Ibrahim Ali.
