Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced the middle-class flats under construction in Hulhumale' Phase 2 will be put on sale next month.
China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) is constructing 1,344 flats in Hulhumale' Phase 2. Speaking to PSM News, Managing Director of HDC Suhail Ahmed stated the prices for the flats have not yet been determined. He revealed the 12 and 14-storey buildings under construction will have three-bedroom apartments with separate parking areas and commercial spaces.
Although the project was contracted in 2018, construction commenced in 2019 after several delays. The flats are expected to be completed by July next year.
