President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has pledged to develop the health centre in Kendhikulhudhoo, Noonu Atoll as a hospital.
While at Kendhikulhudhoo to inaugurate a mosque, President Solih told the residents of the island that 2020 would see further development projects in the island. The president noted major initiatives for the progress of the island have been included in the State Budget 2020. In this regard, he mentioned the need to develop the road network, and water and sewerage facilities in the island.
In addition, the president stated the development of the slipway and junior college will also begin in Kendhikulhudhoo this year.
