Ministry of Education has contracted Swift Engineering Private Limited to construct news classrooms in Gemanafushi School and Nolhivaram School.
The agreement was signed by State Minister of Education Ahmed Riyaz and Managing Director of Swift Engineering Saudulla Hilmy. The project, conducted under Public Sector Investment Programme (PSIP), will see the development of 10 new classrooms in Gemanafushi and 6 classrooms in Nolhivaram.
The 10 classrooms in Gemanafushi were contracted for over USD 589,000, while the 6 classrooms in Nolhivaram costs over USD 460,000. According to the agreement, the classrooms must be completed within one year.
