Maldives and China sign a concept paper for framework of cooperation

Maldives has signed a concept paper for framework of cooperation with the Government of Yunnan Province, China.

The concept paper was signed by Multilateral Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ali Naseer Mohamed and Director General at the Foreign Affairs Office of Yunnan Province, Pu Hong.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the concept paper will further enhance cooperation and coordination between the two countries on bilateral, economic and commercial relations.

The signing was witnessed by Governor of Yunnan Province Ruan Chengfa, Minister of State for Economic Development Neeza Imad. The signing ceremony was also attended by Foreign Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Abdul Ghafoor Mohamed.
