Manta Air starts operations to Kooddoo

Manta Air has started operations to Kooddoo Airport in Gaafu Alifu Atoll.

Construction business tycoon Mohamed Ali Janah launched the operations in the function attended by Manta Air CEO Mohamed Khaleel and COO Edward Alsford along with other top officials of the local carrier.

The airline will operate two scheduled flights to Kooddoo Airport and passengers can travel to Kooddoo at a fare of USD 53.76 via Manta Air until January 31 next year. Kooddoo becomes the third destination for Manta Air to operate flights after Dharavandhoo Airport and Dhaalu Airport.

Manta Air has also launched its seaplane operations recently with the opening of its seaplane terminal with a fleet of 6 aircraft. Its seaplanes currently flies only to resorts.
