Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has made an announcement seeking judges for Criminal Court and Civil Court.
JSC is seeking 1 judge for Criminal Court and 4 judges for Civil Court. The announcement further read interested candidates must have completed a degree programme on Islamic Sharia or law, in addition to serving as a lawyer or a judge for a period a 2 years.
A Criminal Court judge earns USD 3,136 as salary and allowances, while a Civil Court judge earns USD 3,029 as salary and allowances. The judges are also subjected to medical insurance and phone allowances as allocated by the parliament.
JSC said interested candidates can submit nominations by December 2.
