Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has completed the construction of the breakwater in Naalaafushi, Meemu Atoll.
The project was awarded by Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure on August 27, 2018. The project scope includes the construction of a 113 metre rock boulder breakwater, a 103 metre rock boulder revetment and 3,162 cubic metres of harbour re-dredging.
The value of the project is USD 810,700.
