President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has conveyed condolences to the families and loved ones of the 5 Maldivians who passed away when the speed boat they were travelling capsized due to bad weather.
In a tweet, President Solih said he received the news with deep shock. He prayed Allah Almighty grant them paradise.
Furthermore, in a tweet, Vice President Faisal Naseem also conveyed condolences to the bereaved families.
The 5 Maldivians who passed away included a 5-year old girl. They were travelling from Nolhivaranfaru to Hanimadhoo in Haa Dhaalu Atoll along with 4 others when the speed boat capsized into the rough sea.
