Maldives and Singapore have signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). The MOUs were signed as part of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih's state visit to Singapore.
The MOUs include an updated Air Services Agreement that will improve air connectivity and an MOU on cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Maldives and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore to give further impetus to bilateral ties through establishing a framework of regular consultation.
President Solih and Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong oversaw the signing of the MOUs between their respective governments.
