Maldives Police Service has confiscated the vehicle which fled after damaging the Sinamale' highway's road dividers.
The road dividers of the highway were hit and shattered by a car travelling from Male' to Hulhumale' around 1000 hours, Tuesday morning. The vehicle fled the scene without waiting for the police to arrive. The private vehicle was found parked in a garage, according to Maldives Police Service.
The police statistics show that 64 accidents have taken place in Male' City last week.
