Maldives Police Service has held discussions on boosting security measures in the capital city during the Eid holidays. The discussions were attended by heads of the police stations in Male’ City, neighbourhood support officers and personnel from private security firms.
During the meeting, discussions were focused on further improving the security measures provided by the local firms, ways to monitor and improve security services and how to act when an incident takes place. Discussions were also held on ways the police force can assist the private security firms in ensuring safety measures.
