President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has met with island council members of Kan’doodhoo in Thaa Atoll.
The council members briefed the president on some of the pressing issues facing the island and on ongoing development projects, including the building of a new Health facility and resuming other projects which are on hold currently for various reasons.
President Solih noted their concerns and indicated he would instruct all relevant ministries and agencies to give council members all the assistance and support they need for their work.
