The government has refuted rumours that staff are terminated from their jobs for political reasons, as accused by the opposition.
Following the accusations of the opposition, Spokesperson of President's Office Ibrahim Hood revealed no staff have been dismissed from their jobs for any political reasons. Refuting the rumours, Spokesperson Ibrahim Hood expressed a person might lose their jobs due to a framework change, assuring no staff will be dismissed due to their political ideology. No steps are taken by the administration to remove staff from their positions, Hood noted, adding the government did not influence the process even though staff lose jobs due to framework changes.
