Minister of Defence Mariya Ahmed Didi has expressed the whole state must work collectively in the fight against terrorism.
The Minister Mariya Ahmed Didi said the fight against terrorism can only be successful when the whole state exerts collective effort towards the same aim. Answering a question posed by PSM News, Defence Minister Mariya stated fighting terrorism is not a responsibility of a single authority, but rather a responsibility of all authorities of the government.
Noting many people have doubts whether National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC) is mandated to counter terrorism, Minister Mariya reiterated all authorities should work collectively.
