Minister of Tourism Ali Waheed has met his Indian counterpart K.J Alfonso.
Minister Ali Waheed is in India, heading a delegation that is participating in the Fifth Global Summit. He is accompanied by the Mayors of Male' City, Addu City, Fuvahmulah City and the President of the Kulhudhuffushi Island Council.
At the meeting, the ministers discussed possible avenues of corporation between the two countries in the field of tourism. They also discussed easy access to all areas of Maldives for tourists originating from India.
