President decides to move the office of Maldives Transport Authority

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has decided to move the office of Maldives Transport Authority. The announcement was made by Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation Aishath Nahula on a programme aired on PSM News.

During the programme, Minister Nahula spoke on the poor condition of the current building of the authority, adding the building is not suitable for a work environment. Speaking in this regard, Minster Nahula revealed the president has now decided to move the office.

Noting there are complains and issues raised by the public regarding the services provided by Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, she said efforts are underway to solve all such issues. She also expressed efforts are underway to make most of their services available online.
