Aqua Vita residencies project officially launched in Maldives

NPH Developments Private Limited (NPHD) has launched the new residential apartments, Aqua Vita Residencies, to be constructed in Hulhumale' Phase One. The project was officially launched at a ceremony held at National Art Gallery.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of NPHD Prasann Leagne said the company will prioritise adapting and showcasing the unique tradition and lifestyle of Maldives. The company is committed to provide the best possible home in the nation with best available technology, services and products revealing the residents will be very spacious, expressed Prasann Leagne. Noting the project to be completed by March 2020 will comprise of the latest technology, Leagne said the resident apartments will consist of 2-bedrooms and 3-bedrooms.

The launching event unveiled a model building followed by a 3D walkthrough video featuring the apartment units and the facilities available at Aqua Vita. Aqua Vita Residencies will be a 14-storey, high rise luxury apartment building with 104 apartment units.

Each floor of a residence has 8 apartment units comprising of four 3-bedroom apartments and four 2-bedroom apartments. Other facilities available include infinity swimming pool. kids pool, state-of-the-art gym and clubhouse hall. The apartments will cost more than USD 200,000, according to NPHD.
