HR Maldives has introduced a special programme named CEO Day as a tool to assist youth seeking proficiency from their preferred jobs. The programme was launched by Director and Chief Executive Officer of Maldives Getaways Dr. Hussain Sanee at a ceremony held to confer the HR awards.
Speaking to PSM News, Board of Advisory Member of HR Awards Ibrahim Fayaz said the programme aims to provide youth seeking work experience. Ibrahim Fayaz stated under the programme youth will be given the opportunity to work in the management of a company for a day.
Moreover, HR Maldives revealed the opportunity will be given after extensive examinations and filtration through a workshop. HR Maldives expressed the programme is focused on those who aim to become leaders of the society.
This is the first ever such programme held in Maldives. The programme is designed and adapted to a similar project in Canada.
