Ministry of Education has revealed efforts to hire teachers for the school constructed in Hulhumale' Neighbourhood 1 (N1) will commence this month.
Previously, the education ministry stated studies will begin in N1 School with the beginning of academic year 2019. The ministry has now begun its efforts to hire a principal, a deputy principal and administration officers for the school.
Minister of State for Education Ahmed Shafeeu revealed work is progressing according to the planned schedule and expressed hope to begin educational activities in 2019. Noting hiring teachers for the school will begin this month, Ahmed Shafeeu said it has now been announced to search for a party to furnish the school.
The school built in Hulhumale' N1 with 50 classrooms can accommodate up to 1,200 to 2,000 students at each session, according to the education ministry.
