First lady visits some islands of Dhaalu Atoll

First lady of the Maldives Fathimath Ibrahim has visited some islands of Dhaalu Atoll, as part of her nationwide social campaign, which is aimed to closely monitor the lives of people with special needs and the elderly citizens and to ensure their basic needs are fulfilled.

As part of the trip, the first lady travelled to Meedhoo, Ban'didhoo, Rinbudhoo, Maaemboodhoo and Kudahuvadhoo, where she was warmly received by the citizens. The first lady met with elderly citizens, people with special needs and youth of the islands where they raised their concerns.

The first lady embarked on a visit to Dhaalu Atoll after concluding her visit to Kaafu Atoll.
