President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has inaugurated the harbour of Maabaidhoo.
At the ceremony, President Yameen unveiled the monument placed to commemorate the inauguration of the Island's harbour. The president visited Maabaidhoo as part of his two-day visit to some islands of Laamu Atoll.
Prior to the visit, President Yameen visited Hithadhoo and inaugurated the harbour. He further visited Maamendhoo and initiated the sewerage services.
