Maldives Business Awards has signed agreements with partners for the awards.
Maldives Business Awards seeks to recognise excellence in businesses and to determine the best companies in an analytical and scientific manner. The agreements were signed at a ceremony held in Maagiri Hotel.
During the ceremony, State Trading Organization (STO) signed as the title sponsor of the awards. Moreover, five companies signed as sponsors, 11 companies signed as endorsement partners and 13 companies signed as partners. Over 100 parties were nominated for the awards and it shows the positive result of the efforts of businesses in Maldives, President of Privatisation and Corporatisation Board Mohamed Nizaar said Speaking at the ceremony held to sign the sponsors.
In addition to signing with the partners, Maldives Business Awards also unveiled its trophy. As the awards seek to recognise local businesses and local talent, the team behind the awards opened the opportunity for local designers to come up with a timeless and elegant design.
Out of the multiple submissions, the most striking one was the design created by Pro Designers. Pro Designers submission signified the whale shark; a unique symbol of that is intertwined with Maldives and the resilience of Maldives.
The winning submission was in line with the aspirations of the awards.
Maldives Business Awards is run by Blazon Inc., a Public Relations and Marketing Management company established in the Maldives.
