Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has urged all citizens who wants to uphold Islamic principles in Maldives should vote for President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.
Speaking on a programme aired on PSM News, Housing Minister Muizzu said if every individual must vote for a candidate who would uphold Islamic values. Noting if Maldivian Democratic Party comes to power they will establish other religions in the country, Minister Muizzu said no Maldivian would want to see such a day. Moreover, the housing minister revealed the opposition also accepts the development brought by the current government.
The minister further assured the president will secure a second term in office.
