Chinese Academy of Governance has concluded "Workshop on Enhancing Human Capital of Civil Service".
The two-day training programme was attended by over 40 staff of the commission. The training programme was held as part of the "Executive Training Programme for Maldives Civil Service". Under the executive training programme, three separate programmes were held which include training programme on accelerating performance management system in civil service, workshop on enhancing human capital and a lecture on strategic leadership on belt and road initiative.
The training programme was conducted by a team of Professors from Chinese Academy of Governance and Civil Service Training Institute and was held at Civil Service Training Institute. The training programme held jointly by the Chinese academy focused on topics such as human resource management and performance management.
