Maldives Media Institute (MMI) has concluded its media training programme held in Fuvahmulah city.
In the programme focused on individuals who are interested in journalism, participants were taught on news writing, presenting, photography, and video editing. Out of the 12 participants of the programme, the best 5 will be shortlisted and given the opportunity to work in the media centre of Fuvahmulah managed by Public Service Media (PSM).
The programme was held in efforts to train the individual needed for the media sector of Maldives. MMI has conducted similar training programmes in Addu city as well and has revealed that it aims to conduct more training programmes in various other parts of the country.
