Maldivian graphic designing company, Pro Designers Private Limited has launched an augmented reality application, Hologo, at the BETT Middle East & Africa 2018 held at Abu Dhabi, Dubai. Pro Designers launched the augmented reality application, Hologo, which was developed by a team of Maldivian youth.
Hologo is an educational application, which offer a perspective of the real world through the lens of the devices and get projections of lifelike virtual images and animations customised for learning, according to the developers.
Pro Designers noted the application, developed for educational purposes, would be expanded to cater other fields. The application, which was developed with the assistance of Apple Education and Unity Technologies, conducted its beta version trails in countries such as Switzerland, UK, Australia, Finland and Singapore.
Pro Designers expressed hope the new application would revolutionise the education sector in Maldives. The app would be first available on App Store but revealed the app would be made available in all android devices in a near future, according to Pro Designers.
