HR Forum indents to create a networking platform: CMA

Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Maldives Academy Ilyas Haneef has revealed that this year's Human Resource Forum intends to create a friendly environment among influential leaders which will assist in forming a close network among peers.

Ilyas Haneef said, through the forum, participants will benefit from close networking with peers, and from the presentations and sessions that offer unparalleled dialogue and discussion with speakers. In this regard, Ilyas noted that via the forum, such interaction and questioning is applied to a full range of potential solutions.

Briefing PSM news, on the latest updates of the forum, Ali Adam of HR Professional Association said, this would be the biggest such event to be carried out in Maldives. Adam noted that this event aims to highlight the sidelined HR sector of the country.

Both local and foreign speakers are scheduled to take part in the programme from countries such as the UK, USA and Canada. This program is intended for senior HR leaders with years of HR experience who are responsible for planning the strategic direction of their organizations.

Maldives HR Forum would be held on the 21st April 2018 at MNU Business School Auditorium. A total of about 220 personnel working in the HR sector would take part in the forum which is organized by collaborating by Human Resource Professional Association.
