April 15, deadline for national award nominee submissions

President's Office has announced the deadline for submission of nominations for the National Awards will close on April 15.
Completed nomination forms are to be submitted to the President's Office, addressed to the National Awards Committee. Forms are available from the President's Office during official work hours and can be downloaded via presidency website.
Similar to previous years, government offices, independent institutions, companies, associations, and individuals can propose nominees for the awards through appropriate government agencies and by submitting the designated nomination forms. Special consideration will be given to categories for women and youth in line with the pledge of the administration to encourage empowerment and opportunity for skilled individuals across different sectors. The awards will be presented to youth aged 18 to 35 years and women who have, for a minimum of 5 years, made invaluable national contributions.
Recipients of the National Awards and Special Achievement Awards will be awarded at the official Independence Day function. Nominations for the Special Achievement Award will open during this month, according to the President's Office.
