Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has revealed the China Maldives Friendship Bridge would not just ease the travelling issues faced by citizens but would have a revolutionary impact on the economic sector in the region.
The region have bloomed over the past few years with the announcement and progress of the bridge, the Housing Minister said speaking on “The Dialogue” programme aired on PSM News. In this regard, Housing Minister Muizzu noted the region has now been transformed and provides services much better than any part of the country.
The Minister highlighted that numerous famous international franchises have established businesses in the region due to the opportunities the government has provided for developers and investors with the construction of the bridge connecting Male', Hulhule' and Hulhumale'.
Continuing on, the Minister revealed the developmental projects in the region would provide positive end benefits for generations to come. He concluded by emphasising the administration has become successful in bringing all-inclusive development to all the sectors in Maldives.
