Coral Boulevard has opened booking for 80 apartments under construction in Rasfannu artificial beach in Male' city.
The 80 three-bedroom apartments developed as mixed-development property are from the 2 of the 4 towers being developed in Rasfannu area. The project will see the development of 25-storey towers, with 549 units from 3 towers specialised for living while the units in the remaining tower are developed for commercial use.
The developer, Coral Boulevard, revealed that a booking fee of about USD 10,000 must be paid per residential unit. Interested parties can find additional information on Coral Boulevard's website. The construction of the residential units will begin after the first term break of the academic year, according to Coral Boulevard.
The luxury apartment condominium is being developed by Chang Hua Construction. The Singapore-based company is also contracted to develop the 25-storey Dharumavantha Hospital.
