The company developing Emboodhoo Lagoon in Maldives, Singha Estate Company, has widened its presence in Maldives by deciding to purchase Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort located in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll.
The company has decided to purchase Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort along with another 5 properties from across the world, SIngha Estate said in a statement. Singha Estate will spend over USD 250 million to purchase the properties.
Outrigger Konotta Maldives was opened in 2015 with 53 villas, including the largest resort villas in the Maldives.
