Gender ministry concludes capacity building programme

Ministry of Gender and Family has concluded a 5-day capacity building programme for social workers, in partnership with The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). 20 staff from the Ministry and Family and Children Service Centre (FCSC) participated in the programme.

The programme was held from the February 25, to the March 1. Sessions of the programme were facilitated by experts from relevant authorities and social institutions. 

53 social service workers were trained under the Capacity Building for Social Workers programme.
