Parliamentary Group Leader of ruling Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM), Ahmed Nihan Hussain Manik has stated that loyal citizens of the country will resist attempts to overthrow the government by creating chaos.
Addressing a gathering held by PPM, Ahmed Nihan Hussain Manik reiterated that the citizens of the country will not give any chance to overthrow the lawful government by an organised coup and will step up to stop such a situation. The security forces of Maldives will always work to secure the peace and stability in the country, according to Nihan.
