The resort is developed in a unique concept which utilises a satellite habour system in the Maldives for the first time, according to the developer. In addition the resort also adapts to the green concept which minimizes the amount of pollution produced by the resort.

"In this resort it is designed to be five star level. We have a unique concept by having a satellite harbor to the island. Normally the harbor is on the island and the back house is also in the island. Here we opt for a green concept by having back house facility away from the island,” an official from MSN Reality said.
