A delegation from the Global Forum for Moderation of Jordan has discussed to promote religious moderation in Maldives. The delegation from Global Forum for Moderation of Jordan arrived in Maldives on an official visit of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs.
The meeting with the delegation of Global Forum for Moderation of Jordan was attended by the Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Ahmed Ziyad and other senior officials from the Ministry. The delegation also met with Commissioner of Police Ahmed Areef and discussed ways to collaborate in fighting terrorism.
The delegation will conclude their visit to Maldives on November 25.
