President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has inaugurated the sewerage system in Maaenboodhoo Island of Dhaalu Atoll, as part of his current visit to the atoll.
Following the inauguration of sewerage services, President Yameen met with the residents of the island. Speaking at the ceremony held at Maaenboodhoo School, the President shed light on the development projects and policies of the administration. Speaking in this regard, the President stated that every administration must make the people’s needs a priority in carrying out developmental projects.
At the ceremony, the residents of Maaenboodhoo presented a plaque of appreciation to President Yameen, for the developmental achievements brought to the island.
