President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom and First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim have toured the Burj Khalifa, as part of the current official visit to the UAE. The President signed the guest book and proceeded with the tour of the Burj Khalifa.
The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world, at 2,717 feet high, with more than 160 stories.
President Yameen is on a 3-day official visit to UAE where he will meet key leaders in order to further strengthen and diversify trade, increase technical and financial assistance, and further accelerate socioeconomic ties between the UAE and the Maldives.
President and First arrived in UAE on an official visit, on special invitation from the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
