Ooredoo Maldives introduces digital engagement platform

Ooredoo Maldives has introduced a brand new digital engagement platform named Ooredoo Next.

Ooredoo Maldives stated that this platform was launched by partnering with FastForward.ai and a Silicon Valley tech company which would revolutionize the 4 billion customer pre-paid mobile market. The platform is supported by a real time API platform features artificial intelligence and machine learning. The platform further would provide mobile users to easily engage with Ooredoo inside Facebook, messenger and check for best data add-ons or just manage the Ooredoo services using real time automated answers.

With world digitalising at a fast pace, the aim is to ensure that they are at the helm of this transformation in Maldives, CEO of Ooredoo Maldives Najib Khan stated while addressing the launching ceremony of the digital platform. To achieve the goal they are focused on embracing new technologies which bring life enriching opportunities for their customers and the newly launched digital platform acts as a digital companion to their customers in their digital transformation journey, according to the CEO of the telecom company.

As the customers are spread around the nation such innovative platforms becomes vital towards reaching out to them, said Head of Customer Care of Ooredoo, Gulnaz Mahir. With the new Ooredoo Next digital platform they are meeting customers where they already spend their time, inside social networks and without the need to switch to or download another application, he further stated.

The Ooredoo Next would allow mobile users across Maldives to stay up to date on new promotions and offers, view details of Ooredoo's products and services and manage and subscribe to Ooredoo services.
