President conveys Constitution Day Greetings Nepal

On the occasion of the Constitution Day of Nepal, President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has conveyed felicitations to President Bidhya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.

In the message to President Bidhya Devi Bhandari, President Yameen conveyed warm greetings and sincere good wishes of the Government and the people of the Maldives to the Government and the people of Nepal. The President further said that he trusts the warm relations of understanding and cooperation existing between the two countries will go from strength to strength for the mutual benefit of the peoples and the SAARC region.

The Constitution Day in Nepal commemorates the new constitution enacted on 20 September 2015.
