MMPRC and Six Senses Laamu launch a video competition

Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), in association with Six Senses Laamu, launched a video competition named, “Adventures of Maldives.”

“Adventures of Maldives” is a co-promotional marketing activity planned for this year aimed at showcasing personally shot videos of locals and tourists engaging in adventurous activities in Maldives. The organisers stated that this promotional activity would have a positive promotional value of various destinations of Maldives.

The videos can be of conventional adventures related to activities in Maldives such as scuba diving, island excursion, festivals, free diving, surfing snorkeling water sports. In addition videos of unconventional adventure related activities are also open for submission. The winner of the video completion would receive over huge grand price of MVR 100,000.

Furthermore, top 10 videos also would be selected and uploaded on the official YouTube channel of MMPRC, Visit Maldives. The videos can be submitted to the website www.visitmaldives.com/adventures before October 12. The organisers revealed that they would open window for public voting for the videos from the October 22 till November 5. The results of the competition would be unveiled by the second week of December.
