Ministry of Defense and National Security has released the Strategic Action Review Plan comprising of the activities carried out in the first half of the year. The mid-year Strategic Action Review Plan was released by the Minister of Defense and National Security, Adam Shareef Umar.
Speaking at the function held at the Coast Guard building, Minister Adam Shareef Umar acknowledged the significant works carried out in the first six months of the year. Noting that institutions under the Ministry carry out vital activities for the national security of the country, the Defense Minister noted that a lot was accomplished in the first six months of this year.
Minister Shareef highlighted the importance of the Strategic Action Review Plan to organize the movements of the Ministry. The Minister further expressed hope to achieve more in the rest of the year. The Defense Minister assured that the works of the institutions under the ministry would be monitored closely and urged the institutions to carry out their works effectively and timely.
