South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) signed agreements with their sponsors at a special ceremony held at Champa Central Hotel.
SATA signed sponsorship agreements with four associate sponsors. Agreements of sponsorship were signed with Sun Media Group as the official media partner, Champa Central Hotel as the hospitality partner, Maldives Insider as the travel media partner and The Island Chief as the publication partner.
SATA would benefit the Maldivian Tourism Industry by providing paths for development, said Ismail Hameed, Director of Highrise. He also said that the response for SATA has so far, been better, compared to last year.
SATA awarding ceremony is scheduled to be held in October this year. This being the second SATA awards, organizers are striving to make this year's event even grander than last year.
