Coral Edge Private Limited has unveiled Dhigali Maldives.
Dhigali Maldives, welcomed its first guests on the 1st of June 2017 and is owned and operated by a 100 percent locally owned company. The resort developed in Raa Atoll, takes a 45 minute journey by seaplane from Velana International Airport.
Dhigali Maldives situated near Meedhoo Island of Raa Atoll is a large island of 18.5 hectors. The island itself is corralled by 20 Beach Bungalows and 33 Deluxe Beach Bungalows to the south, and 63 Beach Villas which line the north and south western beaches. The resort consists of five restaurants where guests can explore the spices of Asia, Europe and Traditional Maldivian flavors.
Dhigali Maldives offers access to Hanifaru Bay, the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve where divers and snorkelers can discover the nature's most magical experiences, according to Coral Edge Private Limited.
The government of Maldives attempts to launch 10 resorts ever year. In 2016, 11 resorts were brought to market.
