Minister of Defence and National Security, Adam Shareef Umar has departed to United States of America to take part in a national security programme.
At the programme, participating countries would discuss on the obstructions and discuss on ways to strengthen the national security system. Representatives from countries will share information on counterterrorism, cyber security and other subjects to national security.
Minister Adam Shareef revealed that this programme will facilitate to tackle some main issues. He added that the main purpose of participating in this programme is to know the situation of other countries and show support on counter terrorism and national security issues.
The program is to be held from 21st to 26th of this month in Hawaii, America.
